Would you like to join our journey making reliability growth concept a part of Epiroc's company DNA? In this position you will play a key role in developing the way we work with reliability growth globally and drive our vision of "Zero unplanned stops with world leading TCO".

Your mission
As Global Product Reliability Manager, your mission will be to drive and coordinate Epiroc Surface Division's efforts to provide market-leading products with excellent reliability - finding an optimal balance with time to market, cost-efficiency and customer expectations.
Together with key stakeholders around the world, such as program managers, you will take on a systematic and data driven approach to reach the right product reliability and gradually grow it to allow adding new content.
Your main duties in this role will include to:
* Develop the product reliability strategy and roadmap.
* Guide and support the global and cross-functional organization during implementation, with the objective of ultimately making reliability growth concept a part of the company DNA.
* Promote the reliability growth concept and prove the tangible value within the organization.
* Actively support implementation of a MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) growth plan for selected products.
* Establish and continuously improve processes and tools related to reliability growth, covering the whole product life cycle.
* Ensure that the product reliability process and toolbox is practically applied in the daily work by stakeholders globally.

Your profile
We are looking for a person with senior experience in product reliability, with a genuine interest and understanding in finding the right balance for our products in this area.
We believe you are a process-oriented person with ability to lead in change, keeping a holistic and global perspective. You have great communication skills to build long-lasting relationships and great collaboration with stakeholders, as well as guide and coach as needed.
You have a Master of Science in Engineering, or equivalent through work experience. You also have extensive experience in improving product reliability of heavy vehicles, as well as the wide experience in research and development, project management (including creating, modifying and implementing processes) and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment. As this is a global role, it is required that you are proficient in spoken and written English language.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden, however with possibilities for a hybrid-solution. Occasional global travels are required in this role.
