Position description
As Global Product Profitability Controller you will have responsibility to make sure that the BA Buses New vehicles products and Services profitability plans and follow-up have high accuracy, quality and precision. This will require also knowledge of Products Cost Calculation.
Controller acts as business partner and helps other parts of organization. Together with other colleagues from Business Control team you will develop solutions to improve business performance.

Main activities and responsibilities:
Support the New vehicles and Services Portfolio management by performing product range profitability analysis. This includes development and maintenance of the Product Portfolio tool (XPA= extended profitability analysis) and secure correctness of analysis
Support in Product cost follow up and SCS coordination
Provide financial expertise in Range Management Team
Participate and drive business control projects
Ad hoc assignments

To be successful in your new role we want you to have the following knowledge/experience:
Senior experience from business control function in a global matrix organization
Understanding of standard costing model
Bachelor of Finance or equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or Computer Science
Ability to clearly present the results of the analysis and explain the deviations also for non-finance audience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferably experienced in Volvo business - both the commercial and the product development function
Interest in IT solutions and advanced knowledge of Excel and Power point.SQL, SAP, Essbase and Qlikview knowledge will be considered as a merit
