The Global Sales at Ericsson organization is chartered to lead the strategy development and prioritize the improvement roadmap for customer experience and global sales. We then aid the business in the execution of our intended end-to-end customer experience and enable the global sales force of the future.

What you will do
The Global Product Owner will ensure that the solution meets the highest standards and best practices, supporting our Ericsson business models and ways of working.
The right candidate will need to master agile ways of workings, have a passion for improving the way our tools support our sales force and our customer needs, as well as optimally lead a cross-functional agile squad.
Supports the Product Manager in keeping the Product Roadmap updated
Supports the Product Manager in preparation of Program Incremental Planning (PIP)
Leads the product team in delivering on the backlog
Estimates the size of initiatives and needed efforts to develop and implement
Decides if prototyping is necessary
Structures and keeps track of new demands
Facilitates Design- and Design Review sessions with Key stakeholders
Leads the User story prioritization (WSJF)
Approves User Stories in Backlog to be prioritized to a Sprint (Sprint Commit)
You will bring
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience from developing CPQ capabilities and solution.
3+ years hands-on experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management)
Agile certifications are required
Ability to establish immediate credibility with stakeholders, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiative
Change management experience is required, change management certification a bonus
Excellent communication skills
