We are looking for a Global Product Manager for Concrete Placement Products.
As Global Product Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of products, bringing ideas into sellable products, as well as optimizing growth and profitability within the product portfolio.
The product portfolio consists of concrete vibration products, beams and screeds, trowels and early entry sawing, along with a new product segment of rebar tying.
In this role as a Global Product Manager you will be responsible for both the technical and commercial side of the product group.
The technical part involves turning the demands of the market and customers into new products and solutions by defining the requirement specification and being project owner in new product development projects.
The commercial responsibility involves monitoring and driving sales and margin growth within the product group as well as participation in the assortment, price and positioning strategy.
This means that you will have the global responsibility to ensure that the products meet and exceed the customer's expectations, are innovative, profitable, competitive and help Husqvarna Group to fulfill our vision of becoming the first choice globally in Concrete Placement equipment.
Location: Jonsered, just outside of Göteborg, Other Husqvarna locations can be considered.
Who are you
To be successful in this role, we believe you have at least three years of experience in a similar role. You probably have a university degree, preferably a master's degree within engineering and/or business/marketing/sales. As we are a global matrix organization you also have very good communication skills in English, written and spoken.
You need to have a strategic mindset, a commercial thinking and the ability to see and understand the whole picture.
