General
You will in this position be a part of the Global Product Management team within Volvo Construction Equipment Customer Solutions, which is responsible for the commercial drive of our parts offerings in the aftermarket. The diverse team, which currently consists of nine persons, is responsible for strategies, product planning, global marketing activities and to manage the maintenance and development of our total parts product portfolio. Our offers shall enhance the total experience of owning and operating Volvo construction equipment. You will be responsible for one or several product portfolios from the total product range.
We seek a talented person with excellent networking skills, technical knowledge, a strong driving force and an interest for interacting with people in different positions from different cultures.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and develop the maintenance, operational as well as the strategic aspects of the product portfolio.
Manage the commercial offer for the product portfolio to maximize volumes and profitability.
Address and follow-up the stakeholder requirements within projects.
Manage and execute small projects.
Competences
Relevant degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience
Customer focused and good analytical skills to understand the true need of customers
Self-motivated and able to manage time and prioritize work load
Strong drive combined with excellent social and networking skills
Analytic and methodological approach
Good written, oral and presentation skills
Proficient in English written and spoken is required, other languages are qualifying
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs
Project management experience is a plus
Technical understanding of construction equipment machinery is a preferred asset
