The Product Management team is responsible for all Tobii Pro products during the entire product life cycle and our mission is to define the product vision, concept, strategy and planning. In addition, take lead in execution of product development with R&D, new product introduction and go-to-market. This means you can make an impact and work with the latest cutting edge technology, including both hardware, software and SDK. The role and responsibilities:
• Building a new business and product portfolio
• Working with price strategies, sales support and communication regarding your product portfolio
• Having Customer interaction to understand requirements and business opportunities. You will be the customer voice into the organization
• Working closely with multiple teams (eg R&D, production engineering, marketing, sales) from product initiation to delivery, with a 360 perspective
• Developing the business globally; see, understand and follow-up market requirements and find opportunities on how to bring the value of eye tracking into new segments
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a M.Sc. in Engineering or Business paired with a technical interest
• Has a proven track record as Product Manager, preferably in high tech markets
• Has worked with agile product development (methodologies, working close with R&D, Marketing and Sales in sprints)
• Is knowledgeable about Portfolio management (management of several products, pricing strategies and tactical planning, follow up etc.)
• Has around 5 yrs. of relevant working experience, minimum 2 years as Product Manager
• We find it to be strongly meriting if you have experience from working internationally, with sales or business development of high tech products
As a person, you are a team player and work well independently. It would be a bonus if you speak Swedish fluently but English is more important for this role. If you have awesome communication and collaboration skills and great self-perception this could be the job for you.

• Full time employment, flexible work hours
• About 20-25 days travelling per year
