We are now looking for a Global Product Manager, who will be responsible for Tobii Pro’s offering of software (SW) solutions towards the high-end research market.
In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams in a global setting and you will be part of the Product Management team that is responsible for all Tobii Pro products during the entire product life cycle. You will be a driving force from defining the product vision, concept and strategy, to the execution of products within R, Support and Production and finally to deliver products and ensure smooth operations to our rapidly growing number of customers.
The role and responsibilities:
The Global Product Manager (SW) will drive the development of Tobii Pro’s high end software offerings towards for example global research companies, top universities and other institutions. Tobii has forecasted that there is a global opportunity to substantially grow Tobii Pro’s already profitable software offering, and you will be responsible to deliver cutting edge software solutions.
You will also enter Tobii Pro in a time when a new platform is being released so there is plenty of room to make a real difference and this role is crucial to make this happen.
Your days will be focused on:
Product Management in a global setting, e.g. define, prioritize and strengthen your product portfolio with a strong analytical approach. Including price strategies, segmentation and communication regarding your product portfolio.
Interact with customers to understand requirements and business opportunities, be the customer voice into the organization.
Work with R during development; clarify requirements, prioritize and represent customer perspective (collect and channel customer feedback)
Support Sales and Customer Support to ensure that our premium products deliver great customer value during the full product life cycle.
Build a solid understanding of existing and future needs of our diverse customer segments, e.g. market trends, competitive analysis, market events etc.
Team up with the other Product Managers to take responsibility for achieving goals related to overall product portfolio strategy.
We are looking for someone who has…
Experience from product management ideally from a high-tech software product, preferably B2B
Probably 5-7 years’ work experience and at least 2 years as a Product Manager
Experience from high-tech agile technology development and a lean approach to work and continuous improvements. Strong focus on best practices and how to get work done in a more efficient way
Fluency in English. All communication from Product Management is in English; however a good understanding of Swedish will help you become more efficient in this role
A University degree in Engineering or Business paired with a deep technical interest

The Global Product Manager reports to the Head of Product Management. The position is full time and based in our head quarter in Danderyd. Our market is global which means the position will include international trips to events, customer and partners (mainly planned).
