What do we offer?
As Global Product Manager Software, Electronics Accessories and Control Unit Hardware, you will be part of Business Development at Global Aftermarket which is formed by people with a winning mentality from different cultures, ages and genders. You will interact closely with all necessary company functions to:
Actively drive product/feature planning and maintance of your product assortment including cooperation with other segments
Be responsible for business & sales performance for the assortment within the aftermarket related portfolio
Participate in projects and sales activities together with regions and coordinate initial sales forecast with Volvo GTO Logistic Services
Establish and maintain guidelines for ordering, pricing and invoicing of Software, electronics accessories and control unit hardware in aftermarket
Chair the Software Council with cross functional participants
Initiate and give input on features/benefits trainings and sales communication
Support Regions with commercial product knowledge and training. Respond to customers, regions and dealers questions and/or issues

Who are you?
Bachelor of Science in Electronics/Software/Engineering
Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience
Business-minded and Sales-oriented combined with understanding of Aftermarket processes
Experience from project management
An analytical and big-picture approach to find and implement solutions
Excellent level of drive-for-results through involvement, transparency and commitment
Team player used to act in a matrix organization and translate business objectives into actions
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Availability to travel when required
