The role
As a Global Product Manager you will be responsible for the management of Xylem Water Solutions defined services. You will be responsible to develop and roll out new and existing services within Transport and Dewatering segments. You will work in close cooperation with sales companies to constantly improve our customer offer and ability to sell and deliver services. You have the strategic responsibility for the commercial result and growth of Transport and Dewatering services.
The role also includes
• ownership of the Xylem Water Solutions Service Portfolio for Transport and Dewatering products
• coordination of the TotalCare service concept with other brands within Xylem Water Solutions
• global deployment of the TotalCare service concept for Transport and Dewatering products
• collect best practices and further develop services and service groups defined in the TotalCare concept
• plan and execute roll-outs of service related marketing campaigns
• secure the commitment and resources for selling and delivery of Xylem Water Solutions services
• support and follow up of local roll-out projects
• follow-up of the commercial result of market initiatives
• analyze the results and initiate further development and actions to grow the business
• contribute to the strategy, long term vision and business development of Business Unit Aftermarket & Service to secure profitable growth, in alignment with Xylem Water Solutions strategies.
• comply with Xylem Water Solutions ethics, trade policies and directives
Qualifications
You have a technical background combined with experience in strategic sales and/or marketing. A Bachelor's or a Master's degree and fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential
• 3-5 years commercial experience from technical Business to Business services
• international business experience is required
• Green Belt certification
