hela Sverige You will in this position be a part of the Global Parts function within Volvo Construction Equipment Customer Solutions, which is responsible for the commercial drive of our parts offers in the aftermarket. The diverse team is responsible for Global Parts strategies, global pricing, global marketing activities and to manage the maintenance and development of our parts product portfolio. Our offer shall enhance the total experience of owning and operating Volvo Construction Equipment. You will in this position be fully responsible for further development and the commercial drive of our repair solutions offering ensuring our profitability, availability and penetration targets are met.
We are looking for a talented person with excellent networking skills, technical knowledge, commercial mindset and logistics understanding, with the ability to think strategically combined with a strong driving force and an interest for interacting with people in different positions from different cultures. Project management experience is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
• Define and execute the global Repair Solutions commodity strategic and operational activities to support the overall Customer Solution revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage and further develop the commercial offer through different sales channels for the product portfolio to maximize volumes and profitability supported by solid business cases.
• Set product development scope and aftermarket requirements in machine projects in order to meet market demands and increase parts revenue and profit.
• Develop and coordinate go-to-market strategies together with Sales Regions including business models, pricing, market activities and roll out plans.
• Responsible for setting up objectives and defining PI's.
• Regularly follow-up development of common Volvo Group solutions for the portfolio and adjust them to Volvo CE.
• Manage and develop the entire product life cycle of the portfolio.
• Participate in development of portfolio and strategies for Global Parts offer.
• Establish and Lead a Cross Functional Team.
• Address and follow-up the stakeholder requirements within projects.
• Manage and execute small to medium size projects.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Lead the Dealer Certified Repair Project.
Required knowledge, skills & experience:

• Customer focused with ability to understand the true need of customers.
• Technical understanding of construction equipment machinery/vehicle industry is a preferred asset
Additional important requirements:
• Relevant degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English written and spoken is required, other languages is a merit.
• Technical knowledge of repair solutions is a must
• Product management experience is preferred.
• Project management experience is a merit
• Willingness to travel as required
