Arbetsuppgifter
As Global Product Manager, your key responsibility will be the Vanadis NIPT product portfolio and you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including upstream and downstream components to include marketing strategy, pricing, product positioning and all commercialization efforts for a product franchise. You will work with a large number of stakeholders ranging from directors and managers to developers and designers.
Specific tasks:
• Work with laboratories and clinicians to generate clinical data to support marketing activities
• Support marketing and sales to help bring the product to market
• Understand addressable market and competitive landscape
• Develop voice of customer for continuous improvements of the system and development of requirements for the next generation NIPT system
Utbildning/erfarenhet
To qualify for this role, you have a minimum Bachelor's / Master's degree in science. You have a minimum of two years of experience within the industry preferably as Product Manager or Account Manager in the relevant field. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the IVD market and Scientific / technical knowhow of IVD products and experience from interacting with diagnostic laboratories in a sales, marketing or laboratory position. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
To be successful in the role you have the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Basic financial understanding is expected.
To be successful in this role you are goal and result oriented and a team player. You are friendly, positive, and fun to work with. You have a hands-on mentality and you enjoy actively participating in day-to-day operations and enjoy working in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
