Join us in leading the Smart Factory to Field with innovative solutions. Our mission is to be the world leader in Smart bolting solutions, offering the best hydraulic torque, tension, and continuous rotation tools. We aim to enable a sustainable future through digital transformation of industrial assembly processes.

We seek an experienced, proactive Product or Marketing Manager to drive sales and development of our product line, with the highest priority bringing to the market our new Smart Wrench System. We're looking for an experienced professional, with the ability to deliver results quickly, add value to the business whilst contributing to the long-term strategy of the business.

Your role
We need a dynamic team member to grow our cutting-edge product line. You'll drive the business of our hydraulic
torque product line within the Smart Field product marketing team, including or smart product offering, standard
products, extension of the current range and profitability. Responsibilities include global product launches, go-to-
market strategies, training, and daily product management, with significant international travel.

You will report to the Global Marketing Manager.

You will:
Collaborate with engineering in the UK and Sweden
Support sales with value-based marketing materials
Lead global product launch activities
Develop and execute marketing initiatives
Optimise the product portfolio
Provide technical, marketing, and sales support
Enhance product training programmes
Work with external suppliers on the bolting portfolio
Support customer centres with business plans
Contribute to the Smart Field marketing team
Develop strategic product plans
Improve digital presence with MarCom
Integrate software into new products
Engage key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with corporate values

You have proven experience in marketing and/or sales with a strong technical mindset.
A degree in Marketing or demonstrate equivalent professional experience
Proficient in marketing concepts
Proficient in product management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Background or knowledge in industrial tooling or Energy segment
A strong drive to achieve targets
Ability to devliver effective product demonstrations both on-site and in workshop environments

Job location
Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Bolting Solutions site in Wolverhampton UK, or our Head Office in Nacka, Stockholm, Sweden.
Regular international travel is expected.
