We're recruiting a Global Product Manager, Software Electronics Accessories and ECU Hardware in charge of business development for product area of Electronic Vessel Controls accessories (EVC), Software and ECU Hardware.

We expect you to interact closely with all necessary company functions to:
• Be responsible for business & sales performance for EVC accessories, ECU related software and hardware within the aftermarket related portfolio
• Initiate, define and maintain the aftermarket strategy for your product assortment
• Participate in sales planning activities together with regions and coordinate initial sales forecast with Volvo GTO Logistic Services
• Establish and maintain guidelines for ordering, pricing and invoicing of Software, EVC accessories and ECU hardware in aftermarket
• Chair the Software Council with cross functional participants
• Initiate and give input on features/benefits trainings and sales communication
• Support Regions with commercial product knowledge and training.Respond to customers, regions and dealers questions and/or issues

Who are you?
• Bachelor of Science in Electronics/Software/Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience
• Business-minded and Sales-oriented combined with understanding of Aftermarket processes
• Experience from project management
• An analytical and big-picture approach to find and implement solutions
• Excellent level of drive-for-results through involvement, transparency and commitment
• Team player used to act in a matrix organization and translate business objectives into actions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Availability to travel when required
