As Global Product Manager you are responsible for total product life cycle strategy and management, from launch to end-of-life. This involves responsibility for driving profitable orders, sales, and margins for the products within the portfolio. Location for this position is flexible and can be discussed. As Global Product Manager you work closely with marketing, sales, tender support, order execution, and R&D to ensure continuity in product offering in accordance with company goals, evolving customer needs, and market/competitive dynamics. The role requires that you spend time with the end customer to stay connected with market and competitive dynamics, As these evolve, you as the Global Product Manager is responsible for defining roadmap for & leading the expansion of product offer into higher level applications and solutions across the municipal and industrial sectors. Domestic and international travel will be required up to 50%. The location of this position is flexible.
Required experience and Knowledge
• Possess Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution with at least fifteen years experience in the field combine with five years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years treatment sales and marketing experience preferred
• Possess strong fundamental knowledge of the wastewater treatment industry and demonstrate superior organizational, communication, management and leadership skills. Be able to resolve difficult technical personnel and business issue and demonstrate capability to effectively implement strategy and achieve company goals.
• Must have strong collaborative skills; demonstrated ability to resolve difficult issues.
• Be a self-starter with high motivation skills.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
