The Global Continence Platform is looking for a Global Product Manager, preferably with experience from the Medtech/Life Science industry.
Your main responsibility will be to manage part of the Continence product range over its life cycle by setting strategic and tactical direction and focusing on the specific business and clinical needs of the customer. You will bring deep understanding of customer and market needs to different teams in the company, and they will be the source of decisions around product vision, strategy, roadmap, and tactical choices through product development.
A selection of the role activities and responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the product(s) life cycle(s) starting with understanding of the market needs through development until the product is terminated, including prizing, marketing, supply chain related topics, labeling, registration and legal and safety requirements
• Create business case and financial modelling before and during product development and launch
• Prepare and implement product launch plans, support the creation of education and communication material
• Align with commercial stakeholders to define go-to-market strategy
• Interact with all other functions in the company
• Support the marketing and sales organization with appropriate actions to ensure maximum return

Knowledgeable in market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development and product life-cycle management. Strong analytical and project management skills are needed to manage this exciting role appropriately. Experience from an international environment will be regarded as an advantage. We believe you have:
• Master 's degree in Product Management, Marketing or Life Sciences
• Experience in product management and development, marketing and/or sales
• Business oriented mindset and a strong drive for performance
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Full command of the English language, both written and spoken and good understanding of Swedish
• Good knowledge in Office programs
