DENTSPLY Implants is looking for a Global Product Manager for a permanent position, to be stationed at the headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden.
The Product Manager will report directly to the Manager Global Platform Rengerative who is stationed at DENTSPLY Implants, North America in Boston, USA.
DESCRIPTION The Global Product Manager is responsible for overall product marketing aspects of the Regenerative Materials on behalf of DENTSPLY Implants. It is a critical role that assures the successful execution of all active strategies and tactics to achieve business goals and objectives. You will ensure that the products support the company's overall market strategy and goals.
You will:
• Be responsible for the development of a plan with timeline of activities/new information package and support materials for the launch of new products gloabally.
• Provide marketing support for existing products.
• Keep current on new market research and be an expert with respect to competitive intelligence.
• Assist in development training for commercial teams, channel partners and customers.
• Support the product line's strategic and promotional needs for tradeshows, events and courses.
• Be responsible for securing Voice of Customer inputs where necessary for market requirements for new and updated products to R&D teams.
• Be a support to the Sales team - answer product and technical questions, discuss product issues and field product suggestions from customers and sales team.
• Create and provide updates to presentations on products to be used by Training & Education team, sales team and speakers.
• Be responsible to ensure the technical accuracy of all product details and protocols for use within all printed/communication materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Work with key opinion leaders and dental professionals in the documentation of Regenerative line of products for use in printed matter, publications and presentation material.
• Analyze business to identify trends and opportunities as well as track execution to key initiatives.
• Be responsible for driving pricing decisions with the product line.
QUALIFICATIONS You have a Bachelors degree in business or related field plus 3-5 years experience in Product management/ Marketing role. Dental industry experience is preferred. The position requires creativity, drive and ability to meet aggressive deadlines. It also requires the ability to plan, organize and execute at both strategic and tactical levels and handle multiple projects of varying size. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English are a prerequsite.
