As a Global Product Manager - Software Services, your mission is to drive the development, installation, maintenance, and update service solutions for all software products within the Industrial Technique Service division, enabling business growth and ensuring customers make the most of their software investments.
The primary focus is to develop and drive our software service business alongside our product divisions, and with our customer centers around the world. Our ambition is that we are easy-to-do-business-with as a key enabler for success in Service. Today, software is our fastest growing area within service, and our product divisions continue to produce more innovative software solutions for our customers production and quality needs. It is our aim to offer service solutions on all of our software that support and maintain this software, so our customers make the most of their investment.
You will:
Own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for software service offerings, evolving them from idea to launched products, while balancing time between managing current products and defining future products.
Ensure that software service products align with the overall portfolio, company vision, and strategy.
Define, manage, and monitor product and business KPIs such as revenue growth, cost savings, turnaround time, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up to date and act as an expert on assigned products and market trends.
Drive software service solutions and business growth within the Service division through close cooperation and research with customers and customer centers around the world, turning insights into tangible development concepts and enabling alignment and development.
Work closely with global operations to ensure software services can be delivered both remotely and/or in person.
Cooperate with R&D, customer centers, and product divisions to develop the best possible software service offerings for customers.
Document and communicate best practices to customer centers globally.
Drive global marketing activities such as product launches, campaigns, and product training.

Knowledge of software used within a production environment.
Solid experience in product management and product life-cycle management.
Experience in the creation of value propositions.
Experience in exploring, creating, and communicating customer value.
Sound financial understanding.
Service business knowledge.
Strong presentation skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
You have a strategic but also just do attitude.
Networking with stakeholders in different parts of the organization comes easy to you.
In this role you will travel globally to meet key stakeholders in our main markets. You enjoy travelling and working in a cross-discipline team of professionals in an environment with cultural differences.

The position will be preferably based at our HQ in Stockholm, but we are open to considering other European locations for the right candidate.
