https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCOiMPPHqjM).The role and responsibilitiesAsthe Product Manager, you willbe on a mission to revitalize and expandTobiiPro'sbusiness in theUser ExperienceSegment.Your focus will be to ensure thatour new services willimprove and increase customer engagement, success and retention, with the goal to scale the initiativeand build future success!
Your days will be filled with:
• Beingresponsibleand the key ambassadorforTobiiPro's newUXSaaSoffering.Also, be a strong contributor inintroducingaSaaS way ofdoing business intotheorganization.
• Product Management in a global setting, e.g. define, prioritize, and strengthen your product portfolio with a strong analytical approach. Including price strategies, segmentation, and communication regarding your product portfolio.
• Daily interactionswith customers to understand what they need and how to capture business opportunities. You will be the voice of the customer in the organization.
• Workingclosely withtheteamto measure, learn and improve the servicewith a full 360 perspectives(Marketing, R&D, Customer Successetc).
We are looking forsomeone whohas- Experience withexploring andfindingproductmarket fit and scaling an onlineservice.
• Goodunderstandingand great interestinthe User Experiencesegment.We believe you haveworkedasaUX professional or worked withBusinessDevelopment,Sales orProduct Managementfor products or services within the User Experience field.
• About 5yearsof working experience, min 2 years as Product ManagerforSaaS products.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
We find it to beofstrong merit if you have experienceofmanagingB2BSaaS products,growth hacking,and/orsalesof software as a service.
