We are looking for a Global Product Manager to work with our expert Downstream Bioprocess hardware team of ten employees across the world. Do you have a passion for connected and continuous bioprocessing? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you'll do *
Product management of our Connected and Continuous portfolio, including our PCC hardware as well as other solutions for semi/continuous downstream bioprocessing. We are a dynamic organization, working in a growth area close to the forefront of innovation. You will be part of a highly competent team striving to make a difference.
• Represent "voice of the customer" for your products inside Cytiva, making sure market and customer needs are reflected in the product lifecycle strategy
• Develop and drive the product life cycle strategy for your portfolio, including recommendations of investments and/or development to keep the portfolio vital and competitive
• Through close collaboration with commercial teams and supply chain ensure efficient supply of products in line with market needs
• Support the commercial organisation with marketing material and sales tools. Provide sales and profitiablity forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Who you are
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Life Sciences/Biotechnology
• Proven experience in a Life Sciences based business and good understanding of the biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment and the needs of the customers in this market * Strong business and technical acumen
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, plus experience of using these skills to participate in and influence cross-functional teams
• Customer focused mindset Priodand experience of customer/market focused activites
• Operates in a goal-oriented way with proven personal drive and delivery performance
