An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and outstanding individual to join a successful team in driving KA product development system and process (KBD, PIP) improvements. The objective of this exciting and important role in cooperation with other team members is to develop and maintain the PD processes as well as support our organization in implementation and training. All opportunities to improve the processes should be taken advantage of to make the PD processes an integrated part of KAs "DNA".
Major responsibilities and challenges of the role:
• Lead the development of KA PD-processes including relevant procedures, instructions, forms and templates within the global KA PD-processes.
• Train management and Super-users working with those processes and procedures.
• Re-use gained knowledge from performed PD-projects to improve the processes
• Ensure compliance to external quality management standards (eg. ISO 9001, ISO/TS, ISO 14001) and customer specific requirements.
• Support the consolidation of the monthly global QA&HSE report.
• Represent the PD-processes in organizational improvement projects within the company.
• Create and visualize the PD-processes
• Mentor, coach and train management and super-users in the PD-processes
• Encourage improvements of process/procedures/instructions/templates inside the PD-processes
• Re-use gained knowledge from performed PD-projects to improve the processes
• Create training material regarding the PD-process
• Measure, monitor and report the PD-process status (monthly)
• To implement the mind-set of the PD-processes into the management and Super-users by coaching/mentorship & training
• To create and continuously improve the PD-processes in order to achieve world-class
• To clarify and simplify the processes so that all personal involved embrace the mind-set.
Requirements for the role:
• Practical experience and skills:
A minimum of 10 years' experience within quality, project management, business administration or engineering - ideally in all.
• Languages:
Good command of written and spoken English.
• Special requirements:
Knowledge of relevant quality systems, tool and techniques (ISO9001, ISO/TS, ISO 14001, ISO 26262, as well as root cause analysis, QAP, APQP, PPAP etc...), 1st and 2nd party auditor (ISO 9001, ISO TS, ISO 14001)Computer skills including MS Office and SAP

• High degree of personal integrity and confiden

• Facilitation skills with a high focus on solutions
Travel as required.
