hela Sverige This position is a member of our global Corporate team, and will be located at our facility in Mölndal, Sweden.
DESCRIPTION
This role is a part of the CoE/Procurement Process Excellence (PPE) team to maintain effective strategic supplier relationships, risk and compliance management programs with regards to category management objectives. You will with guidance from Category Managers, analyze and support the 7-step plan for sourcing of goods and services. You will work and set benchmark procurement best practices and make recommendations for process and systems improvements.
Your primary roles and responsibilities:
• Organize competitive bids from various suppliers and analyze them to identify best quality, delivery and price for direct material, services and capital equipment.
• Organize key initiatives and process development and improvement activities.
• Categorize and classify spend data with our Category Managers and measure and track procurement effectiveness through Metrics/KPIs.
• Utilize various data sources for analysis of the technology procurement performance and support the management of category benefits and other key performance metrics resulting from data analysis.
• Create impact indirectly on cost savings, compliance, efficiency, profitability or operations.
• Develop, enhance, test and implement reports to support processes and metrics required.
• Responsible for support new vendor set up into Dentsply and exceptions resulting from contracting / implementation of sourcing events.
• Analytical support to category management teams to create a fact based decision making approach by leveraging all available data sources ? accounting, purchasing, sales, suppliers, industry data, financial reports ? and historical supplier base analyses.
QUALIFICATIONS
We require that you have at least BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Business or International Business. You have experience in developing long term supply contracts, are familiar with legal aspects of supply contracting and can lead planning of complex interdependencies with the ability to prioritize, anticipate and prevent problems. You have knowledge and experience in category management, strategic sourcing methodologies, procurement business processes and program management.
We are looking for a team member with proficient MS excel skills, who is familiar with change and Project Management Tools and methodologies, Purchase Price Variance Tools and Source to Pay, P2P or S2C tools. We require basic Procurement ERP module application knowledge and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX is considered an advantage. You are a proactive self-starter, with the ability to summarize complex data in a fast paced environment. We also believe that you have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and preferably in Swedish.
