Your mission
As a Global Process Specialist, you will focus your efforts on continuously developing and improving processes, system functionalities, and applications to provide the organization with the best solution possible. This means you will use your process and applications expertise and technical skills to solve complex problems and use your curiosity to explore what problems need to be solved.
The Global Process Specialist role will directly contribute to standardize and optimize the Sourcing and Purchasing processes. It is also about ensuring a clear technical definition of the functionalities and procedures in the ERP system M3. These technical definitions will become the M3 Template Solution that is used in future roll-ins of M3 in Epiroc sites across the world. Further, you will manage and support the work with roles and access in the M3 ERP system.
You will work globally and as a bridge between the M3 Solution Architect team and the Sourcing and Purchasing business organizations. You will also conduct training to share knowledge on how good process alignment can be utilized to drive company objectives.
Additionally, the Global Process Specialist role will involve working with different Sourcing applications to ensure optimal usage and alignment with the standardized processes. This includes identifying and implementing opportunities for digitalization and automation of Sourcing and Purchasing activities. The role also encompasses working with master data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness, and utilizing it to drive process improvements and system functionality. This includes maintaining data integrity and consistency across multiple systems and interfaces.

Your profile
To enjoy the work as Global Process Specialist, Sourcing, you are a person that loves collaborating and interacting with other people. You need to communicate with other teams in the M3 Template solution group, with Business Key Users, and with M3 users across the business. Building efficient and common processes out of business requirements is something you enjoy and are good at, and you take pride in having developed a solution that spread to the requesters and beyond. You have strong problem-solving skills, enjoy simplifying complex realities into meaningful solutions, and have a passion for automating work processes.
We see that our candidate has an:
* Degree in IT, Strategic sourcing, Engineering, or equivalent
* Experience in process development, including development and maintenance of technical documentation consumed by a broad spectrum of stakeholders
* Experience or strong interest in digitalization
* Strong understanding of the link between business requirements, processes, system solutions, and operational performance
* Experience in M3 ERP.

Since English is our corporate language, you must have solid English communication skills both verbal and written.

Location and travel
This position is preferably located in Örebro, Sweden, but other locations in the proximity of Epiroc offices may be considered. Occasional travel is required.
