Who you are
The purpose of this position is to take the Travel & Expense process of the Alfa Laval Group to the next level. This means completing the journey of rolling out Concur as the global travel expense management solution. You will also govern and administer the global T&E process.
Who you areWe believe you are a positive, open-minded with a strong drive to work independently. You have a first- hand experience with the Travel & Expense process in an international business setting.
About the job * Drive the implementation of Concur as the global travel expense management system and solution within the Alfa Laval Group.o Plan and execute new implementations in close dialogue with the different stakeholders o Maintain, monitor and follow up existing implementations o Coordinate and be the interface between project group and the business owner/stake holderso Support controlling to understand the global spend in the T&E area* Drive continuous improvements of system where implemented* Manage reporting - analysis * Design and implement standardized T&E processes * Be Global Process Owner of T& E process* Establish a central and internal billing model for the services provided by the involved suppliers* Stay current on process trends and benchmark various companies to ensure best practices for Alfa Laval. * The Global Process Owner will ensure continuous improvement of the Travel expense process including standardizing or automating process steps, harmonizing data for consistent processing and reporting, identify and implementing new feature to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What you knowThe ideal candidate has an academic degree within Finance, Business or IT. Experience from working with system implementation. Previous experience as Project Manager is an advantage. Ability to communicate financial/system information both orally and in writing in a clear and understandable way. Finance process knowledge.
