What you'll do?
We're now looking for a Senior Die Bond & Wedge Bond Engineer that will be our Global Process Owner for Die Bond & Wedge Bond process. Your main mission will be to take ownership for Die Bond & Wedge Bond process by defining, implementing and improving a 1P1P process to achieve world class performances.

You will lead the design, development and validation of new Die Bond & Wedge Bond processes at our "Lead Manufacturing Plants" globally and drive our Global Problem-Solving activities and Yokoten. Secure processes compliancy to our Global standards and setup systemic corrective actions plans to all manufacturing plants. This means that you will have a strategic responsibility to propose new process and technology development directions to our Global Engineering and Global Manufacturing departments.

In addition, you will:

• Secure processes compliancy to International standards at all Veoneer manufacturing plants

• Lead 1P1P activities and deployment and support launches. Support Electronics entities with experience during developments, projects, production and in case of issues

• Define and validate 1P1P processes, materials, equipment and key parameters settings

• Define and continuously improve related Veoneer Standards as: "Design for Manufacturing Rules" checklists, Master PFMEA, 4M, MPS, Machine Specifications and SWI

• Define, implement and continuously improve our colleagues experience in IC design, manufacturing, packaging, and test

• Define, implement and continuously improve our colleagues experience with materials curing and plasma process

• Support customer meetings/audits when appropriate

• Support Electronics entities for highly technical Quality issues

• Support Electronics entities during DV, process set-up and PV

• Support creation of validation specifications for new concepts/processes

• Analyze CV, DV or PV reports, failures and action plan and follow-up for die bond and wedge bond process

You will possess a global role that will require travels to our different manufacturing plants

Level (diploma) required:

• University degree (or equivalent experience) within engineering or manufacturing.

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in Die Bonding and Wedge Bonding

Other required skills included language:

• Technical expertise for the Electronics processes. Statistics and tolerances analysis.

• Experience with key quality tools (Cpk, PPAP, MSA, 8D, FMEA)

• Failure analysis expertise

• Fluent in English, written and speech
