Publiceringsdatum2010-03-31Dina arbetsuppgifterThe role as global process manager repair, within the customer return organization, will during the next year focus on ONE-implementation at Ericsson repair sites. You will also be responsible to drive a global network/process team with purpose to coordinate IS/IT (ONE and quality support systems) and process related questions.
Repair is a part of the hardware make process within Ericsson and BUGS, repair solutions, is the main stakeholder and owner of the process. One of the first activities is to set a future strategy together with repair solutions in order to have a common goal and time plan e.g. regarding ONE implementation. You will also be responsible for the knowledge transfer regarding on going activities within the process.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You need to have an university degree, at least comparable with 120 points, or relevant similar training and experiences within the area.
Furthermore you have:
• experience of SAP related projects, such as the ONE-implementation within Ericsson, and process development activities
• project management skills, to be able to lead and plan project activities
• networking skills
• good writing and verbal skills in Swedish as well as in English, you are a prerequisite since the work involves a lot of internal and external contacts.
You have a strong interest in process development and IS/IT-solutions. You should have a flexible way of working and an ability to prioritize and achieve results. You should like to work with different tasks assignments both internally and externally.

• self-motivated with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge, you also have a high degree of flexibility and quality
• result oriented includes taking initiative, ability to seek and use relevant information, problem solving and creativity/innovation.
