IF you have experience from Supply Management AND want to improve how we work with-in Supplier Management - THIS could be the position you are looking for!
Your main activities will be to guide, educate and support managers and colleagues. You will also drive projects with global impact in areas such as tools and templates, master data and processes. You will lead projects which aims to improve how we work within Supplier Management, both global and cross functional.
As you have experience in how to source, contract and mange suppliers you are able to consolidate and structure improvement needs based on the global organisation needs. You have the ability to contribute in areas such as Purchasing Agreements, Assessment tem-plates and guidelines. You are comfortable in driving change, leading others and perform educational activities.
Main responsibilities
• Conduct/arrange competence develop-ment activities including best practices
• Lead interaction & involvement between sites and clusters
• Implement the Category work into the pro-cess
• Lead improvement/transformation projects
Qualifications
You have the ability to drive larger activities and projects from start to end. You easily share information and knowledge with people from different cultures and interacting with others gives you energy. Influencing others comes easily for you. You are structured and have some experience within project management.
You have experience from large production company, minimum 5 years where of minimum 3 years in a position within a similar function or as a Supply Manager with responsibility for suppliers. Project management experience is preferred. Besides this you have a University degree within a relevant area and you have experience from working with process and management systems. You also have a very good command of both English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
