hela Sverige Are you looking for a position with great opportunities to grow and make a difference? We are looking for a Global Pricing Analyst with a strong sense for turning large set of data into actions and improved business performance.
About the position
This is a newly created role in a newly formed team. For the right candidate there will be great opportunities to grow and make a difference in a global and highly dynamic company. You will analyze the business and impact from various pricing parameters and seek for opportunities to improve our performance. You will also get the opportunity to present findings and insights to multiple stakeholders including senior business leaders. Together with the team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of global pricing strategies as well as a global pricing governance framework. You will interact with other teams in Global Marketing, Finance and our sales organizations in North America, Europe and also APAC.
Your key responsibilities:
• Perform price and business analysis and provide input to Marketing and Product Management to build strong portfolio strategies, business cases and an effective product life cycle management
• Be involved in pricing of new products and apply Value Based Pricing when relevant
• Work collaboratively with local sales on analysis and modeling to optimize price targets and develop effective discounting strategies
• Support local sales in price implementation; such as price list updates and maintenance
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track launches and measure business performance and governance as well as a global framework and database for pricing information
• Consolidate and manage pricing knowledge over time to provide even greater context for pricing decisions
Who you are
You have preferably a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Economics and a couple of years of experience from pricing, finance or business intelligence. We think you are action oriented with excellent analytical skills and strong sense for details. You are also striving for continues improvements with a high willingness to learn and develop. Furthermore, you are comfortable in acting in a dynamic and international environment.
We believe you have:
• Experience from complex quantitative analysis of large SKU portfolios and to present insights and proposals in a clear, actionable and convincing manner
• Demonstrated project management skills, drive for result and personal accountability
• Familiarity from pricing and market research including analyzing and reporting results is a plus
• Experience from B2B marketing or sales is a plus, as well as experience from companies with direct sales channels
• Advanced skills in MS Office such as advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; experience from Power BI and Salesforce is a plus
• Proficiency in English is required, German or other languages skills is a plus

The role will be part of our Global Pricing and Market Intelligence team within the Global Marketing function and will be based at our headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden, or at our office in Bensheim, Germany.
