As Global PR Manager at POC you will have the overall responsible for setting and implementing the company's global PR strategy. You'll be working closely with PR agencies and media to deliver the brand message, storytelling and product placement actions in relevant media within sports, fashion, electronics and other relevant media.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a solid, focused and results driven PR strategy globally to bring POCs story to the right media and maximize its reach.
• Establish and manage the global PR strategy and plan.
• Coordinate and work closely with our global PR agencies and regional marketing hubs for European, North American, Asian and new markets.
• Build strong relationships with press, key contributors, publications and influencers.
• Help drive sell-through to customers.
• Set up and communicate a global social media and content strategy for the company.
• Draft press materials including press releases, media alerts and events for POC communication.
• Proactive and aligned with our product launch strategy interact and work with media on product placement in media.
• Arrange press days and PR agency meetings.
• On demand from POC management evaluate PR agencies and networks globally.
Krav på person
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communication or other related field is required.
• Minimum ten years of experience in PR and communication within B2C within an agency and/or B2C supplier company.
Skills and general experience:
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience in communication, PR, Social media and marketing.
• Understanding and knowledge of Snow and Bike market dynamics.
• Sensitive to a strong organizational culture.
• Personal qualities of integrity, drive and commitment to the vision and mission.
• Resourceful and self-motivated, able to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
• Used to working with limited budgets and being resourceful and creative
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Ability to work under pressure and not lose focus.
Start: By appointment.
Scope: Full time.
Working Hours: Office hours.
Location: Stockholm (with extensive travel worldwide).
