We are looking for a Global Planning Workstream Owner to work with leaders and specialists within Global Supply Chain and Commercial to own and develop the material, production and distribution planning processes. You will lead the processes and set standards based on the different business needs for the different franchises and you will be working among partners from all parts of the world. It will be meaningful but also inspiring and fun. We are looking forward hearing from you.
What you'll do
Own and lead the Cytiva planning project portfolio
Own and develop material, production and distribution planning processes within Cytiva
Cooperate with senior leaders at the manufacturing sites, warehouses and sales offices to drive the replenishment strategy to achieve OTD and Inventory turns improvement
Functional owner for the ERP planning instance Oracle ASCP
Ensure the planning processes is supporting Cytiva volume growth and flexibility the different business requires
Responsible for the global OTD and Inventory turns improvements
Who you are
Degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Materials and / or Supply Chain Management is preferred as well as extensive work experience in this area
Proven experience from a multi-functional program management role
Strong in informal leadership, time management, facilitation, organizational skills, communication & problem-solving abilities
Strong in understanding complex scenarios and to break it down / translate it into something others can follow easily
Working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, Gantt, Bowlers etc.) is an advantage
Experience and knowledge in Oracle, Warehousing operation, Planning, Transportation & Customs business is a strong advantage
Ability to travel abroad when needed
