Atlas Copco Secoroc in Fagersta is now looking for a manager to the Global Planning Department. Due to parental leave, this is a temporary vacancy for at least one year but with a great chance to progress to a permanent position.
The Global Planning Manager's main responsibilities are to drive our global planning process and leverage our global Sales and Operations planning process to our 13 manufacturing sites around the world. You are also responsible for developing and implementing a tower control center for global and local manufacturing flows, planning and control. You will be managing a team of professionals located in Fagersta. You are a member of the Global Logistics management team and report to VP Global Logistics.
We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in communicating with people on all levels in the organization. You have a strong drive and will act as change agent as we leverage our planning process to industry best. You have strong interpersonal skills, are innovative and continuously push innovation and have a problem solving approach. We also believe that you enjoy engaging people by being a thorough planner and excellent executer.
Formal requirements are:
A university degree in logistics/engineering or equivalent
Relevant work experience in the areas as mentioned above
Full proficiency in English both written and spoken
Fluent in Swedish is a plus
Movex M3 experience/I-planner is a plus
