As Electrolux continues to strengthen its global agenda and manage global processes relating to performance and talent, the coordination of good practices across functions and Business Areas will be more critical. The Global Performance & Succession Specialist works closely with the Global Talent and Performance Director, to deliver simple, impactful and integrated Talent processes at Electrolux. You will report to Electrolux Global VP Talent Management and will be based in our dynamic, international headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Typical day at work Your overall responsibility within Performance & Succession is the design, maintenance and improvement of talent processes so as to ensure simple, impactful & integrated ways of working across Electrolux. As the Performance & Succession Specialist you are responsible to drive activities to ensure that our tools, processes and people are ready to use the talent related processes; including: Design and develop the global Performance & Succession processes and ways of working together with the Global Director and support the Director with strategic decisions to improve the process.Deliver global webinars to employees, managers and HR Community together with the Global Director.Be a deep expert in the processes, supporting Business Area SMEs to know, understand and be able to advocate the talent and performance processes.Build a strong community within the SMEs to ensure global consistency and one way of working, including preparing for and chairing monthly calls with the Business Area process specialists.Support change management initiatives in the Business Areas, HR and employees generally through setting up training/change management, producing adoption materials and utilizing platforms to share knowledge easily.Overall governance of the processes: documentation of process decisions, concepts and governance models related to the processes. For example: Coordinate system workbook, language management.Develop content and material for the HRIS Help as well as other training material needed to support a single, global way of working.Collect input and feedback from the Business Areas to ensure their business requirements are understood, prioritized and implemented, (change request management).Follow the Cornerstone (HRIS) quarterly release in collaboration with the Technical and Functional Cloud analyst and prioritize releases in accordance to the process strategy.Cooperate with Cornerstone (HRIS) Client Success Manager and Product Developers to enhance system functionalities.You will collaborate with the team producing data analytics to tell the story of our performance and succession processes, coming up with suggestions on where we can improve and simplify more. Produce materials related to Talent Reviews, ensuring accuracy of data, professional, brand compliant look and feel and good story telling structure. You will also collaborate on all Continuous Improvement initiatives and support other talent related work streams as and when needed. Experience & requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR specialist function; Talent Acquisition, Talent Development or Learning.A Bachelor's Degree.Experience from working in an international organization.Fluency in English.Previous training experience is a plus.
