Global People & Leadership Lead

Your team
In this role you will be working with global HR processes and projects in the Digital Solutions division. You will be reporting to the Vice President People & Culture and you will be part of the People and Culture team with colleagues responsible for global HR, Internal communications and SHEQ.

Your mission
As a Global People and Leadership Lead, you will play an important part in the development and implementation of the People Management strategy for the Digital Solutions Division. You drive divisional people management initiatives in line with the business strategy:
This includes, among other things, that you will support fostering a future proof organization, being the division of choice with innovative and efficient people processes where people flourish in our culture and there is a strong talent pipeline.
You will have the responsibility for our compensation and benefits program where you will set and drive the strategy including ensuring salary reviews are aligned with performance and market needs.
Overall, you will have great responsibilities where you will take lead and drive different leadership development initiatives, global recruitment processes and other projects. Examples of projects can be competence mapping, projects in global employer branding and projects that aim to increase diversity and inclusion.
In summary, this role comes with a lot of opportunity to drive impactful people and leadership initiatives in the division, in close collaboration with both local and global stakeholders.
Your profile
This is a senior role that require strong self-management skills and strong capabilities in influencing others, and you are expected to enjoy working independently but in excellent collaboration with others. You have a pro-active and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability of taking strategy into execution, always with a mindset of "dare to think new".
Educational requirements and experience
* Strong experience from human resources preferably in a global context.
* Strong business understanding and strategic execution skills. You have a track record from working with business leaders, understanding the business and the business needs and translating this to actions.
* Knowledge in compensation and benefits and talent acquisition is mandatory.
* Experience from leadership is a merit but the most important qualification is recognition as a role model for our values Collaboration, Commitment, and Innovation. Therefore, your personal skills will be most crucial.
* Experience from merger and acquisition (M&A) and the onboarding process is meritorious.
* Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
* Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Location
The location for this role is in Perth in Australia, Johannesburg in South Africa, Santiago in Chile or Örebro/Stockholm/Luleå in Sweden. Occasional travel might be required in this role.
