We are constantly pushing our own skills and abilities to drive change in the automobile industry like never before. We are looking for innovative, committed people to join us in this endeavour and create safe, sustainable and connected cars. We believe in the power of people and will challenge and support you to reach your full potential. Join us and be part of Volvo Cars' journey into the future.

What's in it for you
Are you passionate about the people aspects in building organizational capability?
We are looking for you who excels in a rapidly changing and complex environment as you will have a key role in leading our transformation plans.

As a Human Resources professional your position as Global People Experience (PX) Partner will be part of a leadership team, driving change and new ways of working within your client group, as well as your PC PX home base.

Your main responsibility will be to co-create talent strategies and initiate organizational development actions tailored for your client group. As an organizational coach, you will play an integral part in ensuring the organization's capability to meet challenges and grasp opportunities.

Also, you will be joining a growing organization that is constantly looking for talents with highly critical skills. Co-creating a great (on-boarding) experience for these new colleagues is a joint team effort - and you're one of the leaders who will actively drive improvements every day.

You and your skills
* You have a can-do attitude with a strong sense of urgency and delivery. Being recognized as trusted advisor with high integrity and interpersonal savvy, you are an excellent collaborator and relationship builder across functions and boundaries.

* To be successful in this role, you need to be a brave leader in order to challenge the status quo (both in PX and your client group) and be passionate about making a true difference while challenging yourself and others. That means you are a courageous change maker, who is embracing change while confronting yourself and surroundings with new input and perspectives from in- and outside the company.

* You hold a university degree within HR or other equivalent area with relevant work experience "on the line". You come with a proven ability to work in complex and global environments, as well as to think strategically and conduct the execution tactically. Ideally, you have several years of experience in working within a global Business PX function.

* You are an analytical thinker, who enjoys making the best sense of the available data while you're open to learning new tools and you know how to visualize your key findings for your colleagues and client groups.

* The stakeholder landscape you will need to manage is quite diverse and geographically spread (mainly Sweden, China and US) - so we're looking for someone who enjoys such diverse environments. Your most prominent collaboration points will be the overall PX community, various business organizations and our colleagues from the unions. Therefore, we need you to be confident to navigate within the company, have a high integrity, as well as a sense for working with and towards various stakeholders.

On a personal level
As a person, you have a curios mind set and you are open to new solutions and ideas. You're keeping a holistic view and you enjoy building relationships across the entire organization. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently in a structured way and set right priorities.

It is important that you can plan with a flexible approach and have a strong interest in working with people and organizational development. Of course, you are a true team player, who contributes and communicates with passion and energy. As you can see, we're looking for the perfect match.
