Digital transformation plays an important role to enable our Financial and Business Controllers to provide action driven business insights. At the same time, digital productivity and process efficiency improvement will be a major driver in the continuous improvement process
In this role, you will manage, organize and execute projects and the roadmap within our controlling system landscape and activities to improve process efficiency in controlling globally. You will cooperate closely with IT, global and business sector controllers and the business in order to generate an optimized controlling process with the necessary systems in place. Integration and interfacing of controlling processes and data flow to achieve a high degree of automation and one version of the truth will be key.
You will report to the VP Finance Global Operations and Global Product Lines and will be based in Electrolux global headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
A typical day at work
• Management of key controlling system/ application initiatives including a definition of system, setup, and implementation.
• Investigate, manage and execute measures for continuous controlling process improvements in cross-functional and cross-group
• Creation and maintenance of a controlling system roadmap in strong cooperation with IT and Group controlling business partners.
• Identification of automation and process efficiency opportunities in controlling to be supported by controlling systems/ applications
• Supervision and arrangement of an integrated data flow with clear interfaces for a one set of truth data approach
• Up to date knowledge of controlling systems and continuous improvement methods available on the market in close cooperation with global and sector process management

Experience
• Having worked in a truly international environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of business experience in controlling and process management and/or IT system administration
• Experience of working with BI tools such as Qlick, SAP BI and similar
