hela Sverige An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our leading customers within the automotive industry in a position as Global Operational Manager. This is a consultant assignment with location in Gothenburg starting September 4th and will continue to the end of the year with a good chance of prolongation. About the role
As Global Operational Manager you will in general represent the business unit in global operational related issues as well as act as the operative interface towards CV Management.
Your responsibilities:
HR
• Workload vs capacity balancing
• Responsible for reviewing and anchoring recruitments globally, securing to meet the HC target, balancing between the global sites and coordinating resource Exception requests
• Responsible for Global Consultant work package overview, process implementation and support
• Responsible for the VPS/continuous improvement implementation plan, actions and operational excellence
• Drive the improvement work globally and apply best practices to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Portfolio Management
• Have an overview of the file for all projects which has passed PCI gate.
• Coordinate and be updated on the input to the PULSE file /CV reference meeting status and escalate project issues prior to decision gates and/or Steering Committees
• Be updated on the global A&I/C&I project portfolio and the status of these projects
Pre-PCI activities
• Support the Product Portfolio manager in secure pre-study/business investigation participation and funding
Investments
• Responsible for Global Asset Investment strategy, roadmap, requests and implementation
• Owner of the Global Yearly Investment Plan
• Responsible for HW/IT Investment roadmap and implementation
• Responsible for the SW Investment roadmap and implementation. The strategy is led by the Business Solution Leader
• Responsible for securing quarterly investments cases, preparation, endorsement, approval and initiation of the investment in accordance with the investment time plan(s)
• Prepare business cases for cost efficiency with leasing, investment and outsourcing alternatives
Finances
• Operational Responsible for the global order office for the different company 's brands,
• In cooperation with the Global Financial controller get the status and possible deviations to be able to steer the global operation
• Support Global and Local Financial controller(s) in fulfilling the financial frames
• Support in splitting global directives onto the different sites regarding the Financial KPIs (actuals vs. plan, billable/non-billable ratio, travelling and entertainment, headcount)
Communication
• Responsible for the department communication and content on the internal web site
About the employment
The position as Project Operational Manager is a consultant assignment with location in Gothenburg starting September 4th and will initially be ongoing until the end of the year 2017. For the right person, this assignment could be extended. As a consultant, you are employed in Adecco Sweden.
