We are aiming to take Stena Line to a world class level when it comes to Customer Relationship Marketing and we are looking for the most skilled person in the market, who is eager to break new grounds within the global CRM area. Is that person you? 

Digital transformation is key focus area for Stena Line business and we have starteda CRM program with a fantastic cross functional team from both the commercial side and IT. Do you want to lead us into the next phase of digitalization?

WORK DESCRIPTION:

You will be the key player in our CRM Program, our mastermind and ambassador. The position is places in the Group Marketing Team, a global function within Stena Line Travel (passenger travel).

You will lead the development and implementation of work processes and new way of thinking

You work in daily cooperation with colleagues from the local CRM teams, the e-commerce team and our Stena IT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be the commercial driving and uniting force for our CRM Program

Plan, create and execute Omnichannel activation

Create CRM models, customer segmentations and KPIs

Be the internal spokesperson who ignites the CRM fire within Stena Line

Create and set up work processes and flows for Marketing Automation.

Commercially implement new CRM tools such as Campaign Management System, Digital Asset Management, Customer Analysis.

YOUR PROFILE:

You love Marketing Automation!

You are a great inspirer with the capability of explaining things to the audience in a simple and enthusiastic way

You are an analytical person and convinced that everything can be measured…

You are a leader, not a follower, and not afraid of trying unpaved path

YOUR EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCE:

You have solid and up to date CRM experience from a forefront CRM department/marketing department/consultancy firm where you have recently done the customer data driven journey

Relevant education, most probably a university degree

And yes, you are of course fluent in English and feel comfortable to use it in your daily business contacts

The position is based in Gothenburg at Stena Line head office and report to Head of Group Marketing.
