Your responsibilities
As Global Mobility Team Lead you will directly manage a team including appraisal, supervision, and training & development
Allocate new assignments across the team, manage distribution of caseload, and ensure the work is being undertaken correctly and in a timely manner
Provide guidance and support to the assigned team on questions relating to mobility management
Be a speaking partner to the business within the functional area of responsibility to advise on strategy, process and policy and best practice approach in relation to mobility
Liaison with Subject Matter experts and/or Global Mobility Key Account Manager on the requirement of a move, aligning need and discussing viability, HRBP and other relevant stakeholders
Manage exception requests to policy, within the defined parameters, and escalate where necessary, providing coordination with Global Mobility Key Account Manager role for tracking and maintenance
Be a key point of contact within the area of responsibility for compliance support, management requirements etc.
Provide reports and analytics on mobility effectiveness within the functional area of responsibility
Your background
A Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years' experience in managing international mobility matters and/or team of 4-6 employees
Strong knowledge of International Assignments methodologies, assignment lifecycle, immigration, tax, policy development, cross-border working, compensation practice, benefit management and issue resolution
Adequate experience to be able to operate at a Group level and influence key stakeholders
We see that you are a confident individual who can maintain relationships in the business at varying levels of seniority
You need to possess excellent communication skills and have ability to simplify complex matters and to present these in an effective manner to others.
You have intercultural skills and be able to interact with people of different cultures and nationalities.
Good IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to present information
You are delivery focused and able to work to tight deadlines
