hela Sverige The Global Mobility Specialist is part of the Group Compensation & Benefit and Global Mobility department. The department consist of 6 employees and is mainly responsible for reward of employees and particular for the 500 most senior roles together with handling all Global Mobility related issues within the SKF Group.
We are now looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to join our Global Mobility team on a temporary assignment for one year due to parental leave. As a Global Mobility Specialist you will act as a subject matter expert in the area of Global Mobility and support the organization (HR, managers and employees) with advice and recommendations pre, during and post international assignments.
Your main responsibilities will also include:
• Responsibility to handle the contract process, from initiation to repatriation, for Long Term Assignees
• Main contact for the assignee, HR and Managers regarding intercultural moves.
• Responsible contact person for external suppliers (e.g. insurance, pension, relocation and tax)
• Work with the salary review process incl. short term variable program for Long term international assignees
In SKF Group Global Mobility includes short, medium and long-term assignments, job rotation abroad, employees commuting abroad and the Global Graduate Programme.
• Experience from a similar position, working with global mobility in an international environment.
• Academic degree within HR/Finance or Tax law or related field or equivalent work experience.
• You do have knowledge about possible tax and migration implications when working in other countries.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbally, in English.
• Proficiency in other foreign languages is considered an asset, but not necessary.

You possess strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively on different levels of the organization. Intercultural experience is considered an asset.
