hela Sverige This position will give you the chance to facilitate the whole assignment life cycle by briefing assignees and business on the conditions of the assignment package as well as providing support, advice, and guidance on all matters relating to tax, immigration and legal requirements of the assignment. Your work tasks include liaising with HR Business Partner as well as relevant business line to coordinate assignment move process and working together with Regional Mobility Manager and Key Account Managers to provide updates on assignment status.
Furthermore, you ensure that global Shared Services Center produces all assignment related paperwork and support documentation as well as that third party providers are instructed by Shared Services Center to the assignment process.

You possess excellent communication skills and are able to interact with people of different cultures and nationalities. You are also good at maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information. Good organizational, planning and decision making skills help you manage personal workload, work with tight deadlines and support others where necessary. In addition, we hope that you enjoy work that is complex and detailed in nature and involves providing an analysis of information and trends back to the business.
As a foundation, you have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience preferably with experience in managing global mobility matters. Furthermore, you have good IT skills and the ability to manipulate data to report on trends and common themes. As you will be working in a global multi-cultural environment, you are fluent in English, written and spoken alike, whereas knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
As Global Mobility Specialist you will be reporting to the Global Mobility Manager for the Region and your main mission will be to help manage international assignments and support the Global Mobility strategy within the region: acting as a single point of contact case manager for assignees and the business, as well as providing high-level support and advice in all areas of assignment management.
