Your responsibilities
As Global Mobility Process Manager you will have global responsibility for the Global Mobility process. Ensure continued process development, overall alignment with other function processes, and manage change management etc.
Provide guidance and support to Global Mobility team members on questions relating to mobility processes, manage and ensure proper application of internal Global Mobility guidelines
Responsible to mitigate risks and ensuring compliance in the Global Mobility process
Manage case management technology to ensure the timely delivery of Cost Estimates, Salary Calculations, Annual Salary Review etc.
Ensure process quality and set up quality controls within Global Mobility
Overall responsibility for reporting and analytics of GM data
Managing and/or assisting in ad-hoc Global Mobility projects and tasks, as required.
Support the Global Mobility function on all general enquiries around mobility and the assignment process at a Group level.
Research and demonstrate best practice approach and market leading trends for the global mobility function worldwide.
Manage the global vendor relationship to ensure quality of service, efficiency and continuous cost optimization, including but not limited to: Global Medical Provider, Global Allowance and Tax Information Provider, Global Destination Service and Shipment Provider.
Research and demonstrate best practice approach and market leading trends for the global mobility function worldwide.
Provide support and assistance to the Head of Global Mobility on Group mobility strategy and projects. Support with Benchmarking providers globally to ensure Hitachi Energy's offering in Global Mobility is aligned to market

Your background
A Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years' experience in managing international mobility matters.
Adequate experience to be able to operate at a Group level and influence key stakeholders
Strong knowledge of International Assignments methodologies, assignment lifecycle, immigration, tax, policy development, cross-border working, compensation practice, benefit management and issue resolution.
We see that you are a confident individual who can maintain relationships in the business at varying levels of seniority
You need to possess excellent communication skills and have ability to simplify complex matters and to present these in an effective manner to others.
You have intercultural skills and be able to interact with people of different cultures and nationalities.
Good organisational, planning and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Good IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to present information
You are delivery focused and able to work to tight deadlines
