What we offer

This is an opportunity to work in a global organisation with three regions, APAC, Americas and EMEA. As a Global Mobility Manager, you will be responsible for the EMEA region and be a manager of four employees (Global Mobility and Global Relocation partners).

As a Global Mobility Manager, you will work in close collaboration and in a proactive manner with Global Mobility colleagues, stakeholders within HR and other functions such as line managers, to provide guidance, compensation packages and cost estimates to facilitate the management of the company's mobile workforce.

Delivery is to be provided accurately in a timely manner, maintaining high data quality in all activities. The Global Mobility Manager also interacts with vendors to provide agile support to the employee and stakeholders. The role requires business acumen, drive, enthusiasm and a sense of proactivity.

What you 'll do

You will provide specialist expertise within the mobility area, relocation, immigration, taxation and related processes to resolve complex issues or queries in a timely manner to both assignees and the business.

In this role, you will give advice and information to the organization in compensation packages and be a key player in the implementation of the new global mobility project by establishing and updating procedures and processes. You will also interact with vendors. In this role, you will provide support to Global Mobility colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure that process standards and policies are implemented consistently. You will also work in close relation with external providers, analysing quality of delivery on an ongoing basis.

You and your skills

You have a university degree and minimum five years relevant experience of Global Mobility, within a corporate environment or as a consultant, e.g. cross-border-contracts, expatriate management, compensation & benefits. For this role it 's important with good understanding of taxation, immigration, policies and practices related to international mobility. You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP would be an asset.

You have strong sense of proactivity and problem solving, balanced with assertiveness and resilience. You have the ability to work independently and operate well in a team. You are able to see the 'big picture' and think both practically and conceptually, whilst simultaneously working on the details with a structured approach. You are detail oriented and good with numbers and excellent communication skills and you master verbal and written communication and are proficient in English.
