As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Global Measurement Lead to join our Marketing & Growth department.

About the Role

The Marketing and Growth organisation is a talented, passionate and diverse group of people responsible for user acquisition and building the Storytel brand in terms of strategy, planning and execution. We are approximately 25 people, spanning from performance marketers to CRO managers to campaign planners and designers. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing & Growth.

The Global Measurement Lead is responsible for ensuring the right measurement & attributions methodologies for marketing and analytics are used - navigating industry standards to ensure the right setup for Storytel. All with the main goal of driving more efficient and effective customer acquisition efforts across the globe. You will work closely together with the Performance Marketing team for optimal campaign setup, measurement and event optimisation, as well as with our marketing analyst.

You will lead the Tracking Squad (part of the Organic & Conversion Tribe) and develop a strategy and roadmap together with the Product Manager, to evolve our analytics capabilities in order to support the optimisation, measurement and reporting of marketing performance across the organisation. You will lead the martech strategy to ensure a state-of-the-art tracking setup, which will involve reviewing existing setups and troubleshooting issues.

You will work together with Product & Tech teams in prioritising tracking implementation, improvements and new initiatives, as well as setting up pipelines to ad platforms for activating 1P audiences. You will collaborate with the business intelligence team on setting up 1P audiences, LTV modelling and anti-churn audiences.

Examples of projects you would be responsible for are GA4 setup and server-to-server tracking implementations. You will also work in taking the next step in Storytel's measurement and attribution strategy and making an actionable plan for it, together with Data Scientists, Media Manager and Global Analyst.

About You

The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media and the ad tech landscape. To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

• Very good knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, a Mobile Measurement Partner like Adjust and of the measurement capabilities landscape
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, multi touch attribution modelling and incrementality testing
• Excellent analytical skills
• English language skills to business standard, both written and spoken
• University degree in related field
• 5+ years of practical experience working with measurement, analytics and tracking for paid marketing
• Have a thorough understanding of cookies, pixels, S2S tracking, app tracking, data flows, 1P and 3P data, attribution models, MMMs, data privacy regulations
• Have a deep love for UTMs and app deep linking
• You approach new projects in a structured and results-oriented manner and have excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
• Strong understanding of the data privacy landscape (i.e. GDPR) including platform updates (i.e. iOS, Chrome) and upcoming changes

And for some bonus points:

• Both web and app tracking experience
• You are a GA4 front runner
• Experience from working with Adjust
