The world market for bio-pharmaceuticals is evolving and new types of target molecules and treatments are rapidly emerging, such as gene therapy, oligonucleotides, and mRNA vaccines -sometimes referred to as Advanced therapy products. Cytiva already plays a key role in the development and processing of these novel biomolecules, and it is a top priority to expand and invest in this application area.
We are looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager to join our Downstream Product Marketing team, being responsible for marketing of Emerging biomolecules, provide thought leadership for content marketing, and support strategic decision making in Cytiva.

What you'll do
Execute marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives, collaborating with colleagues in product management, field and regional marketing, sales, technical modalities, and R&D
Connect with colleagues for Cytiva 's entire BioProcess and Cell&Gene Therapy portfolio to develop content marketing and provide insights and recommendations across our customers' entire development and manufacturing processes.
Support product application studies, projects, and collaborate closely with R&D and product management teams to execute content
Develop and launch marketing content, training materials, etc, for new product introductions and support existing portfolio, Leading processes and programs to increase customer awareness and preference
Analyze customer segments, competitor analysis, industry trends, market opportunities and sales funnels.
Who you are
MBA or Master's degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
Proven marketing expertise in B2B content, digital marketing, product commercialization, and/or branding and able to provide market & customer insights
Experience of direct customer interaction at technological level and ability to anticipate customer needs.
Insights into biotechnology and biopharmaceutical development production, preferably in the emerging biomolecule space
Leadership skills to lead and/or influence teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
