An overwhelming amount of user generated content (UGC) is generated every day, and at Besedo we make this digital content better for all, by helping our customers through a mix of automation and manual moderation carried out by teams in six offices around the world.
We are now looking for a data driven Global Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in bringing our solutions for content moderation to the market.
What will you do?
As a Global Marketing Manager at Besedo you will be overall responsible for the marketing of our products and services. You will be managing a global team working with inbound marketing tactics attracting traffic, converting that traffic into leads and nurturing those leads into becoming customers.
This role is both strategic and operational and you will have to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where agility and creativity are key to success.
What are your main responsibilities?
• Own the branding, messaging, inbound marketing activities and all other marketing related activities in a global environment
• Manage a small, distributed marketing team based in Stockholm and Bogotá, Colombia
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to reach quarterly marketing goals
• Secure a flow of traffic via a mix of paid and un-paid channels including SEO and PPC
• Convert this traffic into leads and nurture through Marketing Automation programs in Hubspot
• Develop a product messaging that reflects our brand and unique value proposition in a way that talks to our main personas
• Assist the Content Marketing Manager in planning, creating and promoting high quality content to attract, convert and close leads
• Establish closed-loop analytics with sales and product to understand the performance of our inbound marketing activities
• Develop partnerships and syndicates with influencers and other vendors to spread our content to a wider audience
• As a part of the company's functional leadership team, solve organizational challenges in cross-functional projects

Who are you?
• You have 8+ years of digital marketing experience
• You have a proven track record of launching demand generation programs for B2B SaaS products
• You have proficiency in marketing automation systems, preferably Hubspot
• You know the nuts and bolts of SEO, PPC and Social Marketing
• You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to simplify complex concepts and tell a story that enhances value to our personas
• You are data driven and analytical
• You know how to use Google Analytics, Adwords and tools for re-targeting and other PPC campaigns
• You have a passion for technology and desire to dive in and use innovative, next generation platforms and tactics to tell our story to the world
• You have excellent spoken and written English skills
• You probably have some experience working with PR
• Agile project management skills are a bonus
