The role includes running communications projects, and developing marketing communications campaigns and product launches from brief through to delivery. You will develop external communication plans and ensure implementation via the relevant channels together with your colleagues. You will lead collaboration with external partners, such as advertising and communication agencies and other stakeholders. Your responsibility includes controlling allocated budgets and ensuring full compliance with processes and guidelines. As the working environment is international, it is important that English comes naturally to you.

We are looking for a Global Marketing Communications Manager to join the Mölnlycke Healthcare Global Marketing Team. You will have several years' experience in marketing and communications, as well as proven digital marketing capability. We believe you are a true and determined team player. At Mölnlycke Health Care you will work in an exciting, fast-paced environment that requires creative problem-solving and outstanding project management skills.

Skills and experience:

• University degree in communications, marketing or equivalent
• 5-7 years' practical experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Experience in creative campaign deployment and product launches in an international company
• Experience of working with communication and media agencies
• Experience of developing marketing communications, communication plans and related processes
• Comfortable working under pressure and adhering to deadlines
