We are expanding fast! Last year we grew both order booking and the team of Teleoptimists (that's what we call ourselves) with more than 20%. Today we are 200 colleagues, representing many cultures, located at 18 offices around the globe.Now we are on the lookout for a Global Marketing Automation Manager with experience in both marketing automation and digital demand generation to support our growing global Sales & Marketing organization. Your focus will be to be the expert on our marketing automation system, HubSpot. The programs are primarily in English and the target groups are prospects, customers and partners in over 90 countries. This is a highly autonomous role, with the freedom to develop and implement your ideas as part of an innovative and collaborative team. The position is located in Stockholm.

What about the job?

You will:
• Be responsible for overseeing and implementing automated marketing campaigns as well as targeting prospects, customers and partners.
• Implement templates, lead capture forms and landing pages to support acquisition and engagement marketing programs
• Carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results.
• Implement lead scoring and segmenting audience's practices to enable higher conversion of quality leads.
• Monitor the HubSpot prospect database accuracy to maintain the quality of our prospect and lead database.
• Be responsible for data-privacy compliance for our marketing efforts (including GDPR).
• Work closely with the global marketing team to develop global digital demand generating programs.

What about you?

You have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 4+ years marketing experience including knowledge around ABM, B2B demand generation and marketing technology.
• 3+ years of experience from working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool
• Experience from working with CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Google Analytics to evaluate performance and ROI
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational, project management and communication skills
