Benify is looking for an entrepreneurial, dedicated and skilled manager for a key role in leading the global marketplace team towards continued success. You will manage a team of business developers across various markets setting their targets, team strategy and ensuring we have the right resources in place for the best possible product. Some of the responsibilities are also operational and require representing Benify towards our strategic partners as well as existing and potential clients. As Global Manager of Benefit Marketplace, you will:

Manage a team of business developers and set their targets for partner recruiting and new product areas. You will set the strategy for our marketplace together with Head of Benefits and the local market teams. Your job is to optimize our marketplace so that we are producing the most amount of value for our end users, client companies and partners. You will also lead some of your own development projects towards large partner accounts and get to assist sales in our international sales tenders as the foremost product expert. In this role, you will report to Head of Benefits. This is the chance to grow into an expert on the different local market requirements and support internally and externally as a product expert within the marketplace area. The role is placed in Stockholm but will require travel to our international markets.

Area of responsibilities:

• Team management through setting targets and weekly follow-ups with the team.
• Benify culture bearer towards the teams and our international markets.
• Development of the international product to match market and sales requirements.
• Marketplace strategy on our international markets in co-operation with the local market teams.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has a few years of experience with partnerships, business development, sales or similar. Perhaps you have some experience leading a team or you are a natural leader waiting for the opportunity to prove yourself. You can excite people with your energy, positive can-do attitude and openness to ideas and different ways of thinking. It is important that you are an entrepreneurial, curious person who can handle many simultaneous projects and comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment. You have excellent communication and presentation skills both verbally and written to be able to influence key decision makers both internally and externally. You let creativity flow and have a commercial mindset that will enable you to put our clients and employees in the center to create a world-class product that produces maximum value.

For us finding the right person for the job is always more important than the right type of CV, but we think you need:

• A University degree or a higher vocational degree in Business Administration or a proven track record with partnerships, sales or commercial product development.
• 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field
• To be fluent in Swedish and English
