The Global Manager IT Governance is a support function to the CTO which ensures that, within IT, the right things are done and that these things are done right.
Your main areas of responsibility are
Governance of IT: Establish an effective governance framework, including support in defining organizational structures, processes (with and through PMTs), roles, and responsibilities, ensuring that the appropriate decisions are made to implement both the business and IT strategy.
IT Communications: Provide leadership communications both externally and internally to IT.
IT Performance and Portfolio Management: Track performance and demonstrate value delivered to the organization.
Solution and Service Quality Assurance: Prepare a quality management plan that describes the project and service quality system and how it will be implemented.
Audit Compliance – Lead the annual IT audit work streams stemming from yearly audits and compliance checks and ensure implementation of any recommendation or correction of finding audit findings.
Asset Management process owner – a key focus area to ensure proper management of hardware and software assets, from utilization until compliance.
Your skills

Your mindset is both strategic and business minded, you influence with credibility, you are analytical and facilitating, proactive and creative with a solution driven and problem solving attitude.
You exhibit a consultative style when working closely with IT and business leaders to determine business process and productivity needs.
You have experience with or in IT management, process management, organizational development, communication,
You have outstanding selling and presentation skills
You have experience in leading through others in a matrix organization as well as team skills
Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
