Global Manager "Business Management Systems"

As GLOBAL MANAGER "BMS" you report to the Director Global Management Tools & Systems, and have responsibility for the Business Management System (BMS) and it's corresponding IT application, Business Management System application (BMSa), across the enterprise (globally and cross-functionally). BMS is the framework for VCC's certificate in ISO 9001 and 14001, as well as the basis for our continuous improvement of operational quality. BMS is of vital importance for our consistent operations and quality standards in our expanding global enterprise. You will control, manage, support and improve BMS and BMSa, through your company-wide network of stakeholders and customers to BMS. You will also participate and actively contribute to the development of the next generation Business Management System.
Job profile:
• Chairman of Business Management System and Corporate Document Alignment Committee
• Ensure that the "Manage BMS" - process is followed globally and continuously improved
• Manage, inform and educate about BMS and BMSa throughout the enterprise
• Globally manage maintenance and improvements of BMS and BMSa, including the overall structure and process
• Assure co-ordination of BMS documentation including Best Practice regarding business management throughout the enterprise
• Lead the different BMS/BMSa -fora
• Responsible for, and leading the work with the Global Information Standards (GIS) and Annual File Review (AFR)
• Help and support managers, process owners and staff to understand the Records Management requirements in general and especially during the Annual File Review
Your profile:
• Higher academic education
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 and other relevant standards is a strong requirement
• Documented experience from Operational Quality and Quality Management Systems
• Process Management and Record Management knowledge
• Strong business acumen
• Fluent in and English (spoken and written)
• Good leadership behavior and cooperation skills
• Result oriented, driven, flexible and proactive personality
• Excellent communication skills
