Job Summary

ISC Logistics & Supply Planning is looking for a Global Logistics Manager with focus on warehousing to drive operational excellence. You will build a global strategy focusing on optimization and automation of our global warehousing operations. This to ensure a safe and efficient end to end material handling & warehouse operations. You will enter into a global role and you will work closely with global as well as regional organisations, driving alignment and secure coordination.
This position will be located in Lund - Sweden.
What you will do
Optimize overall logistics spend working together with other internal functions such as base materials and supplier management while securing service levels to our factories and customers through our warehousing operations.
Develop global strategy and approach towards warehouse operations
Refine and implement Focused Improvement type loss definitions in warehousing.
Coordinate and drive global improvement project
Build and maintain an internal warehousing network
Be the owner of applicable processes, policies, guidelines and specifications.
We believe you have
To be successful in this position you have about 10 years' experience from supply chain operations in general and of logistics and warehousing management in an international environment in particular. You should have proven experience in driving warehouse optimizations. You have a Master of Science or similar within Industrial Engineering, Logistics or adjacent areas.
You are curious and eager to learn with an innovative approach and using your accumulated experience in a new context sounds really interesting to you. You enjoy driving activities with your counterparts and have an ability to exercise informal authority and work in a networked environment. You like to make a difference and you have proven change management skills. You are an effective relationship-builder who possess excellent communications skills and can build relations in a co-operative, diplomatic and successful manner. Written and verbal English skills are essential.
